Training workshops

Dates and Location

The outbound training activities split up into
  • offering site visits twice a year with a workshop added
  • training workshops in certain cities presenting strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for alternative fuels and alternative propulsion
  • training material download

Site visits
Some partners may be visited showing their biofuel activities. Please note that from now on also visitors from Russia etc. are eligible in the TAIEX funding programme. For more information about the modalities please visit the TAIEX funding site.
One offer is to visit Graz in Styria running a bus fleet on FAME from used vegetable oil. Another will be to visit the battery electric bus fleet in Rome.

Training Workshops
During the project workshops in local language will be held for owners of large fleets and public administration.

For city administration, the focus is on measures creating favourable conditions for alternative fuel drivers and setting up information campaigns.
For fleet owners basic knowledge will be provided to switch to alternative fuels keeping in mind total cost of ownership.
Dates and location of the workshops will be published on this page.

The first workshop will be held in Romania March 15th. Please contact URTP for further info.
